This Women’s History Month, join us for a month-long, farm-grown celebration of one of history’s most iconic female chefs, Julia Child, and her cuisine.
In this hands-on class, our own Chef Thi will transport you to a classic French bistro, known for its relatively simple, inexpensive menu, homestyle dishes, and casual vibe. On the menu this evening: Seared Roasted Pork with Garlic Pan Sauce, Perfect Pommes Puree, and Chicory Salad with Lardons, Egg and Dijon Vinaigrette.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
