Many warming winter-perfect dishes are made with the stars of this hands-on cooking class, the potato and sweet potato (fun fact: potatoes and sweet potatoes are not actually related, they are from two completely different families of plants). Chef Thi will teach you how to make three dishes with three different techniques, utilizing both kinds of potatoes. On the menu: Potato Fondant, Herbed Duchess Potatoes, and Latkes with Dill Crema.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
