About Evening Mindfulness Walk at World's End

Take a break from the stresses of everyday life and join a guided Evening Mindfulness Walk at World’s End. Evening is the perfect time to relax and clear your mind. During this special time of day, World’s End visitors are leaving the park, offering a quiet and peaceful environment in which to practice mindfulness.

Mindfulness is a type of meditation that focuses on being present, taking in anything you’re sensing or feeling, and calming the mind. Mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Practicing mindfulness can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and pain, while promoting positive thoughts and improved mental health, sleep, and mood.

This 1-1.5 hour walk will take us around the first World’s End drumlin with beautiful views of the coast. This is an easy to moderate walk along wide paths with slight inclines and uneveness at sections.

Pre-registration is required for this event. Parking is included with your registration.

In the event of particularly inclement weather, this program may be rescheduled or cancelled. Please check your email prior to heading to World’s End. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified via the email address you used to register and refunded in full within 14 business days. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We love our furry friends, however, dogs are not permitted on guided hikes.
