About Plant Meditation

Guided evening meditation in the beautiful Thorton St. Community Farm. We will practice compassion for self and each other, taking cues from the plants and trees around us.

Expect a 30-minute guided group meditation practice followed by a Q+A. No prior meditation experience is necessary – all levels of experience welcome. We’ll be sitting outside, so please dress comfortably and consider bringing a blanket or something to sit on.
