About Mother’s Day Family Yoga at deCordova

Connect with your child this Mother’s Day! It’s a wonderful way to spend Mother’s Day morning. This kid-friendly yoga class weaves a rich balance between the imaginative world of the child with the distinct aspects of yoga practice that support mindfulness, self-regulation and joy. Your instructor comes from the teaching team at On The Mat Yoga in Concord.

For ages 3-12 with a caregiver. Bring a water bottle and a mat.

Meet near the two black hearts.

Afterward, enjoy a picnic (bring your own or grab something onsite from Twisted Tree Café) and explore the Sculpture Park.

If it should rain, the program will be in the museum.
