If any of your desired camp weeks are full, you will have the option to be on the wait list as you register. BUDDY REQUESTS

We do our best to honor buddy requests, if campers are in the same age cohort. All parties must initiate a buddy request when registering.

2022 Refund, Cancellation, and Session Change Policy

Prior to May 1, we are happy to refund tuition less $100 per camper per week. After May 1, we are not able to issue any refunds for cancelled sessions.

Session changes may be requested anytime and will be fulfilled as space allows. There is a $25 per camper per week session change fee.

Refunds are not given for camper dismissal, failure to attend, absence, or sick days. Pro-rated refunds will be offered if camp is not able to open due to extreme weather or COVID-19 regulations.

Please note: Memberships are valid upon purchase and are not refundable at any time.

License and Accreditation

Chestnut Hill Farm Camp must comply with all regulations required by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by local Board of Health. Parents have the right to request and review the following policies: background check, health care, discipline policies and grievance procedures.

Parent Testimonials

Two of my boys went and it was the first camp experience for my youngest. He was really nervous the first day, but by Wednesday he told me he wanted to go again and this time could do it without his big brother!

– Camp Parent

Great counselors, fun activities. We felt extra safe with both the camp’s COVID precautions and the extra steps taken during really hot days.

– Camp Parent

The children loved the activities and the freedom to roam and play and really get hands-on with nature. The counsellors were enthusiastic and gave the kids lots of freedom, without unnecessary rules and regulations. Having said that, they ensured the kids were safe at all times. Ideal camp.
