About Rocky Woods Junior Rangers

Join us during school break week to explore Rocky Woods!

We will start in the cabin before hitting the trail as we discover Rocky Woods in the winter and learn about how animals survive the cold weather months. After spending time outside, we will come back to the cabin to warm up and continue exploring nature though crafts and fun projects. On Tuesday we will learn about animals that call the forest woodlands home, on Thursday we will focus on pond habitats.

We will finish up with some hot cocoa. Come to one session or both!

This drop-off class is designed for children ages 6-9. The class is limited to 10 students. Pre-registration is required 2 days prior to a class or event. If it is within 2 days and you wish to register, please email jpicard@thetrustees.org or call 508.785.0339 to find out if there is space remaining.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Rocky Woods 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
