
Join us for Kundalini Yoga on the beautiful Lyman Reserve! This outdoor yoga program will begin with a one-mile nature walk to the Buttermilk Bay, where we’ll roll out our mats and listen to birdsong and waves as we practice. All are welcome, including those who have never tried yoga.
Please Wear loose clothing and dress suitable for movement and stretching.

About the instructor:
Julie Silvia is a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor with KRI and RYT® 200 with Yoga Alliance. She is an instructor of trauma informed Kundalini Yoga Therapy to people with mixed health conditions and PTSD. Julie is passionate about ocean and land conservation and loves hiking. She has found that one of the best ways to de-stress and stay well is walking mindfully in nature, and the other is practicing yoga and meditation.
