
Calling all Chocoholics! It’s all Chocolate in this decadent cooking class!
Join Chef Thi in the Powisset Kitchen for this hands-on class focused on the many ways to enjoy the decadence of chocolate. One of everyone’s favorite ingredients, chocolate is more versatile than we think and enjoyed by many cultures for it’s silky texture and flavor complexity in savory recipes as well as desserts. In this class, we’ll make whole roasted cauliflower with a chocolate coffee rub and honey tahini drizzle, , Chicken Enchiladas with Mole Sauce, and classic French Chocolate Mousse Cake.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
