Join Chef Thi in the Powisset Kitchen for a hands-on class focused on three delicious and crowd-pleasing vegetarian dishes to serve at your next gathering. We’ll make Carrot Salad with Crispy Chickpeas and Yogurt, Kimchee Vegetable Stew with Bean Thread Noodles, and Marinated Tofu Steak with Soy Herb Jus. Even your non-vegetarian friends will be clamoring for more!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
