It’s soup season in the Powisset Kitchen!
As autumn chill hits the air, we all turn to soup for warmth and nourishment. In this popular class with Chef Thi, you’ll learn to create seasonal soups sure to be a hit with family and friends. The menu is international in origin and delivers delicious flavors. We’ll make Portuguese Caldo Verde with Chorizo, Potato and Kale, a velvety French Bisque aux Champignons, and a Middle East-inspired Lemony Lentil and Vegetable soup. So comforting.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
