Move over, apple pie! In this adventurous hands-on holiday pie class with Chef Thi we will go beyond apple and pumpkin to make three new pies for your holiday table. On the menu is Banana Cream Pie with Toffee Pretzel Crust, Maple Bourbon Butternut Pie, and Buttermilk Coconut Pie. Your guests and family will be delighted by your creativity at upcoming holiday gatherings!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
