Pie! It’s not just for dessert anymore!
In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, stretch your idea of pies to new and exciting heights, creating savory pies as entrees to incorporate in your culinary repertoire. Using a combination of crust techniques and pie bases, combined with seasonal ingredients from the farm, we’ll make Tiropita (Greek cheese pie), a gorgeous Fall Vegetable Galette, and Mexican Beef Pie with masa and chipotle. Now you can have pie for dinner and dessert!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 3 couples required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
