Powisset is growing lemongrass just in time to include in delicious Asian cusine!
The distinct lemongrass flavor profile brings a wonderful dimension to a variety of meat and vegetable dishes, and is a favorite in Asian cuisine, particularly when combined with fresh lime. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, you’ll make super flavorful Lemongrass Grilled Pork Meatballs, Tofu Larb chock full of farm fresh herbs and served in a classic lettuce cup , and classic hot & sour Lemongrass Tom Yum Soup. So, satisfying!
