About Yoga in Nature at Mount Warner

This is an all-levels yoga experience in a beautiful and serene location. Enjoy the sounds, sights, and smells of nature through an embodied exploration of mindfulness, movement, breath, and the senses. Immerse yourself in the flower-filled surroundings as your guide takes you through a reflective walk in the woods to a clearing, where we will practice yoga. You will build strength, flexibility, and self-awareness while deepening your appreciation for our local forests and reaping the mind-body health benefits of nature and community.

What’s to Bring:

  • Comfortable walking shoes and clothing
  • Plenty of drinking water
  • Yoga mat and small blanket (you will be carrying this for a short walk)
