Join us at spectacular World’s End for an evening of connection, clarity and renewal led by an inspirational team of wellness experts.
As the sun sets over Boston Harbor and the city skyline, craft your experience from a wide range of therapeutic modalities such as yoga, sound healing, drumming, art journaling, and guided meditation. Reset your nervous system as you delve deeper into an area of personal interest or experiment with something new. Shop healing arts vendors and meet local wellness practitioners. Bring a picnic or purchase dinner from The Juice Bar Norwood and sip a craft kombucha from Independent Fermentations. Move. Be still. Connect with friends. Breathe deeply. Reinvigorate your senses in a place of incredible natural beauty as dusk falls and the first stars light up the sky.
This wellness retreat is appropriate for everybody (over the age of 15) and every body.
The evening opens with a community drumming convocation at 5PM and closes with sunset meditation at 8:30PM. In-between, enjoy two 45-minute guided experiences or take a hike, shop vendors and meet local practitioners, rebalance with acupuncture or cupping, and grab a bite to eat.
World-renowned Canyon Ranch Resort and Spa will join us for the evening. Meet Chef Juliene Ardouin and enjoy a special, healthy snack from the Canyon Ranch kitchen. Staff from the spa will offer chair massage sessions. The first 200 guests to share their email addresses will receive a $250 gift card towards a stay at a Canyon Ranch resort and one will take home a full spa day in Lenox.
