
Enjoy an afternoon connecting deeper into Mother Nature and your inner self. Take a walk through the trails of Bartholomew’s Cobble with a local hiking and yoga guide as a way to slow down, connect to your 5 senses, and find a respite from the busy demands. We will take approximately a 1.5 hour hike suitable for all levels, followed by a 30-minute yoga cool-down session. Both the hiking and the yoga will be suitable for all levels of fitness and hiking/yoga experience. This yoga class will be focused on complementing the muscles that are active while hiking!
Please wear appropriate hiking gear and bring water. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel for yoga. This class is not suitable for children.
