
This is a 60-minute class that merges functional strengthening and a creatively-sequenced vinyasa yoga flow– the best of both worlds! First up, a short warm-up that will prime all the muscles and joints needed to fuel your workout. Then, we dive into a progressive strength-building sequence using your own body weight and resistance bands (provided for you!). You can expect endurance-based functional exercises that get you moving through all ranges of motion. After that, we finish with a vinyasa flow that starts off with high energy and takes you down to a state of total relaxation.
