About Spring Wildflowers Walk at Mary Cummings Park

Join naturalist Boot Boutwell at Mary Cummings Park.

Mid-spring is a wonderful time in New England many plants have begun to leaf out, and mid-spring wildflowers add color to the landscape Come celebrate the season with a walk at Mary Cummings Park. We’ll begin with a little poetry, and then we’ll head off into the Meadows and Wetlands of beautiful Mary Cummings Park to explore the natural world. Our walk will focus on plant identification as well as interesting natural history about the plants we see. Children ages 10 and up are welcome to register if accompanied by a registered adult.
