Home to one of the last remaining native sea-run brook trout fisheries in the eastern United States, pine barrens, and a scenic stretch of coastal shoreline with views of Buttermilk Bay, Lyman’s Reserve offers an ideal space to appreciate the magic and ecological diversity of our planet. Guides will lead participants to the shoreline to watch the sun rise over the Buzzards Bay before trekking on a moderate hike though the woodlands and pine barrens. We will discuss the property’s special ecological history, Earth Day trivia, and the myriad of bird species that migrate to the property in Spring.
