Come and celebrate the coming of Spring through a sweet and contemplative evening guided by mindfulness-in-nature facilitator, Sandrine Harris. Feel the energy of welcoming new growth and transformation, while taking in the beauty of the natural environments of the gardens.
For ages 18+ and please wear clothing and shoes appropriate for outdoor walking, and please bring a camping chair or mat for outdoor sitting. Chairs will be also be provided.
*No experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed to join us
