Bundle up and get outside for an adventurous family hike on the lesser-travelled trails of World’s End Reservation. Perhaps you’ve walked the beautifully landscaped carriage paths or explored the Hingham Harbor shoreline, but have yet to explore the wooded trails beyond. Beyond the tree line is where deer, fox, coyote, and other wildlife seek protection from the cold New England winter. Trustees staff will guide hikers on these seldom travelled woodland paths and discuss how to identify animal tracks, winter shelter for animals, and forest ecology.
Pre-registration is required for this event. Parking is included with your registration.
This program is rain or shine! In the event of particularly inclement weather, this program may be rescheduled or cancelled.
