About Meditation and Mindfulness Walk

Start the week off right with an hour-long walking meditation in beautiful Armstrong-Kelley Park! Led by our certified Mindfulness Meditation leader, enjoy a path through garden rooms and along woodland trails, stopping to listen to the wind in the leaves, smell the flowers in bloom, and feel the rough bark of the trees. This practice is designed to free you from your busy mind and center you in your physical body.

Practicing mindfulness can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and pain, while promoting positive thoughts and improved mental health, sleep, and mood.

This program is offered for adults and children ages 13+. Limited parking is available on-site.

We will go out in (gentle) rain or shine. In the event of cancellation due to heavy rain, you will be notified via the email address you used to register and refunded in full within 14 business days. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
