Space is limited; Pre-registration is required for all participants and covers admission to the grounds for your one-hour timed ticket. Face masks are required.

Does my tour ticket include general admission to the property? Yes it does, you can explore the rest of the grounds and house.
Do children under 2 need a ticket? No, children under 2 are free.
Can I change my date or time? At this time, we are unable to accommodate date or time changes. Tickets are only refundable if the request is made at least 7 days before your visit.
What is the weather policy? This event is rain or shine, however unsafe or extreme weather will cancel this event. In the event we have to cancel due to weather, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date to return.
What is the refund policy? Refunds must be requested no later than 7 days before your ticket date to be honored.

Where is the parking for this event? Parking will be on-site. The property entrance is located at 153 Chickering Road, North Andover MA.
Is the site handicapped or stroller accessible? Yes, accessible crushed stone pathways are present throughout the property. Off the paths, the grounds are uneven grass.
Are dogs allowed? No, in order to protect our gardens dogs are not allowed on the property at any time.Register
