About Farmstead Story Hour

Barnyard stories really come to life when you get to see the main characters in person! Bring the kids down to Appleton Farms for our farm fresh version of story time. Explore the farmstead, visit our learning garden, see our cows and rabbits, and find a spot to play under a shady tree in our stone paddock. This event is appropriate for infants – 4-year-old children.

No pre-registration required. Please park at the Farmhouse/Offices parking lot. The program begins at 10:30am at the Farmhouse with casual self-guided exploration and coloring pages. The group will gather at 11:00am to walk up to our learning garden for a story and barnyard visit.
