This class is accessible to all levels and is intended to relax the body, stretch the muscles and ease our stress.
Sunie is a Kripalu trained Yoga Teacher. Her compassion and energy create a sense of focus and ease during class. She has been teaching for 10+ years throughout MA, CT & NY. Sunie is well seasoned in most styles of Yoga with a strong understanding of the physical body.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water and a towel (if you’d like), these items will not be provided for you.
