
In honor of Mental Health Awareness, join the Trustees and HER Wellness as we immerse in a 1-hour mindfulness walk along the beauty of the Long Hill Trails & Gardens. An opportunity to be amidst community, come as you are as we move and meditate in silence with one another and learn how to ground ourselves in our waking life. With a chance to get out of heads and into our bodies, you will feel supported during the entire process. Leave with self-care tips, relaxation tools and techniques to use in times when you need them the most.
