Therapeutic Wellness Walk

Slocum's River

About Therapeutic Wellness Walk

The healing benefits of being out in nature, such as reductions in anxiety and depression, are well-supported by scientific research. On this Therapeutic Wellness Walk, participants will be led through self-reflective and meditative exercises facilitated by a Green Button Counseling licensed clinical therapist.

Framed by farm pastures, meadows, woodlands, and scenic overlooks of Slocum River, these walks offer an ideal space to recharge and connect. Join us for one or all four walks in this series.
