It’s all about the breath — and the view. Start your weekend off right with an hour of yoga at Naumkeag with unparalleled pastoral views of the Berkshires. Yoga is important to keep our minds and bodies at peace, to keep us healthy, to keep us sane. This class is accessible to all levels and is intended to relax the body, stretch the muscles and ease our stress.
Morgan Windram-Geddes received her 200hr Hatha yoga training in 2012 from Brenda Louw in Sitrling, Scotland and her 500hr yoga and mindfulness training in 2015 from BodhiYoga in Solterreno, Spain. Morgan teaches a strong practice which is suited to all abilities. Her yoga teaching is informed by both her desire to challenge the body, and her belief in the spiritual teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. When she’s not teaching (or digging) you’ll find her running on the roads and trails around Berkshire County, training for long distance races.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water and a towel (if you’d like), these items will not be provided for you.
