About Mindfulness Meditation at Naumkeag

Each Friday from the end of June through the begining of September, join local meditation teacher Sandrine Harris for this grounding class in the Naumkeag gardens. Participants will learn various techniques for settling their minds, relieving stress and gaining a deeper connection with nature. Each class will have both sitting and walking components. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat, blanket or chair and wear comfortable clothing for walking and sitting. The class begins at 4pm, please plan on arriving a few minutes early in order to park and walk to the gardens. The gates will close at 4pm.
