Outdoor Mindful Yoga for Stress Relief | Six-week series on Mondays from 5:30-6:30pm
Postponed Start: This series originally scheduled for June 21-July 26 will now run June 28-August 2
Join us outdoors at Fruitlands for a mindful yoga sequence designed to invite comfort and ease into body, mind and spirit. Slow flowing, gentle yoga postures create a meditative mood and build focus and endurance in the body and mind. Guided breathing exercises promote stress relief and help mindfully direct your awareness to build focus on your practice and personal intentions. A deeply restful final relaxation rounds out this balanced practice.
(All levels welcome. Variations and modifications are always available. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a towel/blanket for under the yoga mat, water, sunscreen/bug spray as needed, and a bottle of water.)
Registration includes all six sessions, every Monday from June 28-August 2. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Any questions? Email Catherine at email@example.com
