It’s summer – eating outdoors and eating deliciously is on our minds! This special hands-on class will focus on cooking en plein air. Chef Thi will teach at the outdoor brick oven, where you’ll learn to make a fabulous roasted tomato caprese salad with arugula, as well as bistro mussels with crispy bacon and farm herbs. We’ll finish it all off with warm roasted peaches swimming in a lemon herb peanut gremolata and rich ice cream.
Disclaimer: Class will be moved to into kitchen if it rains.
