Slow flow practices are suitable for every level, allowing you to move at your own pace and choose options that are most comfortable for you. All are welcome, especially those new to yoga! These sessions are a great opportunity to unwind and connect with World’s End in a unique way.
Shannon is a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor based in Southeast Massachusetts, with a focus on mindfulness and slow flow yoga. She loves teaching classes that help make yoga accessible and approachable for everyone, including those new to the practice! When she’s not teaching outside, she can usually be found in her online studio, WorkMinded, where she helps people bring yoga and mindfulness to their places of work.
