Spring is in the air! Nutmeg the pony, Ruby the llama and all our barnyard regulars are excited to welcome you to the barnyard this spring. In addition to your barnyard visit, you may enjoy seeking out signs of spring while hiking the trails surrounding the farm. Explore and experience all that springtime at Weir River Farm has to offer!
Pre-registration is required for this event. Timed-ticketed entries are at 10AM, 11AM, 12Noon and 1PM with each session lasting one hour. Registration for both adults and children is required online in order to adhere to COVID-19 capacity guidelines. Please note that infants in carriers are free and registration is not required for them. Groups will be expected to practice social distancing and the wearing of masks/face-coverings is required by those ages 3 and up.
Currently only our staff and volunteers are allowed to touch our animals as a precaution against COVID-19. Our staff may perform animal demonstrations and provide other engaging animal-related activities.
In the event of inclement weather, updates and cancellations will be posted on Weir River Farm social media pages.
Parking is located at 140 Turkey Hill Lane, then walk down the farm “chute” to the barnyard. (Consider using a baby carrier in lieu of a stroller; the walk down the hill isn’t well suited for average strollers.)
Alternative parking is available if requested. Please contact WRF for directions.Register
