Want to learn how to best utilize local, seasonal produce in your home cooking? Join us for this monthly series on cooking seasonal produce with flexible, approachable recipes.
After a long, snowy winter, harvest season has finally begun. Join us for a hands-on cooking class to make Spanakopita, a Greek phyllo dough pie with local and wild greens.
We’ll provide a bundle of fresh seasonal ingredients for (2+ servings), available for pickup from one of three locations (JP, Quincy or Medford) on the day of the class. That night, you’ll return home for a Zoom cooking class where we prepare the dish together.
All proceeds support our network of 56 Boston Community Gardens. Members get a 20% discount.
