Come gather around the outdoor brick oven to celebrate the sensational tastes of Tuscany. Known for open air brick oven cooking, Tuscan food combines the flavors of the outdoors with fresh ingredients and simple sauces. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Thi will teach you to make a Lemon and Herb Spatchcock Chicken with olive pan sauce, Roasted Vegetable Panzanella salad and a beautiful Roasted Berry Compote with Mint Gelato. With the farm’s lush fields as your backdrop, you are sure to love this outdoor cooking experience.

COVID-19 Guidelines: Due to the state-mandated Covid-19 guidelines, participants will be set up at stations 6 feet apart and required to wear masks during portions of the class when the six-foot guideline cannot apply (i.e. gathering around the cooking area to watch the instructor).

Cancellation Policy: In the event that a program is canceled due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and issue you a full refund or transfer into another class within 14 days of the cancellation. If you cannot attend a program as planned, contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be granted for registration cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program. We offer transfers to other classes or events with 48 hours of the class. There are no refunds for missed classes. The Trustees reserves the right to change program locations, schedules, or instructors when necessary.
