An introduction to the exciting world of propagating plants. Join our Senior Horticulturist Dan Bouchard to learn the principles behind plant propagation with a general overview of the basic types of propagation for the home gardener; including seed collecting and sowing, division, layering and the various types of cuttings. This practical workshop will focus on what is suitable for the time of year, but the skills you learn will be applicable to other times of year too. You will have the opportunity to take home any cuttings etc you produce to grow on at home, with advice on aftercare.
