Breathing techniques to calm your mind, postures to balance and stretch your body, and relaxation to soothe your soul.
Join a Treetop Yoga Studio instructor for a one-hour all-levels vinyasa yoga class. You will be encouraged to consciously tap into your breath, linking movement as you flow, creating a meditative practice as you take in the beautiful scenery Long Hill offers. Build strength and flexibility through creative sequencing linking standing poses, twists, gentle inversions, and reclined poses. This fun class provides safe, solid support for the beginner and a place to grow for the more experienced practitioner. We recommend bringing both a beach towel and yoga mat as well as a water bottle. Please note that masks are required at all times.
COVID-19 Update: Pre-registration is required. Walk-ins cannot be accepted due to current state mandates on outdoor group sizes. Property restrooms are closed until further notice.
