Savory galettes are one of the most impressive – and surprisingly easy – vegetarian main courses you can serve. We will walk through the whole process of making a butternut squash and caramelized onion galette, featuring all local ingredients.
We’ll provide a bundle of fresh seasonal ingredients for (2+ servings), available for pickup from one of three locations (JP, Quincy or Medford) on November 11th. That night, you’ll return home for a Zoom cooking class where we prepare the dish together.
