STEAM at World’s End
Is your educational pod or home school group looking for some outdoor learning time? STEAM at World’s End may be the outing that meets your needs. Students in grades 1 – 5 are encouraged to participate in one or more sessions. Each interactive, hands-on session lasts 2 hours and occurs entirely outside every Tuesday morning. Group sizes are limited to 11 (including adults). A minimum one adult chaperone per group is required. Cloth face-coverings or masks required.

Explore Like a Scientist at World’s End – Become familiar with the tools a scientist may use while exploring and discovering. Participants will practice close observation, ask questions, determine how to find answers, collect and interpret data. Participants are encouraged to bring their own binoculars if they have them. Covid restrictions prevent the sharing of our binoculars.

Animal Diversity at World’s End
Invertebrates, birds, mammals and more can be found at World’s End. Determine the characteristics of animal groups and seek them out during your visit. Participants are encouraged to bring their own binoculars if they have them. Covid restrictions prevent the sharing of our binoculars.

Seeing Art in Nature and Nature in Art
Patterns, textures, colors, shapes. Art can be found in nature and participants are encouraged to use their observation skills to find something in nature to draw in great detail. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to create art using only materials from the natural world.Register
