This Women’s History Month, join us for a month-long, farm-grown celebration of one of history’s most iconic female chefs, Julia Child, and her cuisine.
This hands-on class with Chef Thi will introduce you to some of Julia Child’s most beloved and popular recipes. We’ll make Local Cheese Gougères, Beef Bourguignon, and Gateau a l’Orange. Join us to honor Julia Child and bring her legacy into your own kitchen. Can you hear her? “Bon Appetit!”

A Table at the Bistro on the 12th and 13th
Mastering the Five French Mother Sauces on the 19th and 20th
Ohh La La, Sensational French Salads on the 26th and 27th

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
