Summer recipes are designed to keep you cool while satisfying the craving for spices associated with Indian food. This hands-on class will introduce you to summertime favorites including, Corn Poha (a special sack of pressed rice with fresh corn, chilies, and spices), Homemade Lemonade with Ginger and Mint, Spinach Pancakes, and Yogurt Rice, a southern regional specialty.
