Meet Powisset’s Farmer Tim and learn all about baby greens!

Join us in the Powisset Farm greenhouse where you’ll meet Farmer Tim, who will take you on a journey through the greenery. You’ll learn how to sprout seeds and grow your own baby grens at home. Next, we’ll focus on the delicious and healthy qualities of greens with Chef Thi, who will help you use the mighty little plants in a yummy Baby Green Crunch Salad, Supergreen Flatbread, and a tasty Green Artichoke Dip. After this farm culinary experience, you’ll be craving baby greens all season long.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy:  In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
