March is Women’s History Month and who better to celebrate than Julia Child, a trailblazer who changed the culinary world in so many important ways.
This hands-on class with Chef Thi will introduce you to some of the icon’s most beloved and popular recipes. We’ll make Coq au Vin, Dauphinoise Potatoes, and a Frisee Salad with Lardons and Classic Vinaigrette.. Join us to honor Julia Child and bring her legacy into your own kitchen. Can you hear her? “Bon Appetit!”

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
