Join Kelley and Karen Annese of Wild Rose Holistic Health in welcoming a new cycle of life at the Vernal Equinox. Nature suggests a new year begins as mother earth thaws and begins to sprout life once again. In this gathering we will take time to honor and reconnect with mother nature and set our personal intentions for this year. We will begin with a gratitude practice and invocation to mother earth, then move into a mindfulness practice to ground and re-enforce our most powerful connection, which is with our hearts. Experience rejuvenating therapeutic breathwork techniques to strengthen the immune system and increase your vital life force. Enjoy deep rest with a sound healing guided relaxation practice and ending with a meditation to set intentions for the season and on into the new year to come.
This program will be held in the Putnam Learning Center at Long Hill (yellow farmhouse).
Part of this program will be outside, weather permitting, so be sure to wear proper footwear and appropriate clothing. If it’s been raining, you will want to wear boots. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and cozy blanket for the (inside) relaxation portion of the event.
