Wear your green in the Powisset Kitchen to ring in St. Paddy’s Day!
Join us for a celebration of Irish country cuisine. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi you’ll create a St. Patrick’s Day feast inspired by recipes enjoyed from Dublin to Cork to Galway. We’ll make Shortcut Guinness Lamb Meatball Stew, Colcannon, Roasted Butter Radishes and Peas, and Irish Soda Bread. Sláinte!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
