Who says vegetarian cuisine is boring?
Join Chef Thi in the Powisset Kitchen for a hands-on class focused on delicious, crowd-pleasing and exciting vegetarian dishes — perfect to serve at your next family dinner or home gathering. We’ll learn to make three spectacular vegetarian dishes: Eggplant Timbale, Spiced Roasted Whole Cauliflower with a tahini and yogurt drizzle, and Roasted Hasselback Potatoes with creamed kale and nutty gremolata. Meat is definitely not required!

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
