Join us for a month-long culinary celebration of the Lunar New Year!
Throughout February, the Powisset Kitchen will be filled with the sights, sounds and smells of Lunar New Year, celebrated in much of East Asia and around the world, to mark the arrival of spring and the beginning of the new year. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Thi will explore some ofThailand’s ‘s most beloved cuisine. You’ll learn to makeSeasonal Vegetable Yellow Curry, Vegetable Pad Thai, and Crispy Shrimp Salad with spicy lime dressing.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
