About Make, Mingle, and Munch: Create Your Own Focaccia Gardenscape
Enjoy a relaxing Friday night with friends in Fruitlands’ cozy Tea Room. Take a break from the holiday rush and learn a new craft, enjoy a light buffet supper, and a festive cocktail or mocktail – all included in your reservation!
Ruth-Anne and Tom, the Proprietors of The Hyve, the cafe at Fruitlands, will lead us in decorating our very own Gardenscapes. The focaccia dough will have been already prepared and the colorful vegetables and herbs will be ready for you to design and decorate your creation. As we enjoy our light buffet supper, the artful breads will be baked and packaged for home. They may appear to be too beautiful to eat, but family and friends will delight in the presentation and deliciousness of your offering.
Materials supplied for you.
1. Dough
2. Olive oil
3. Vegetables and herbs for decorating
4. Gloves
5. Pastry brush
6. Packaging: Paper, tray, and box
Pre-registration required. Adults 21+. Make, Mingle and Munch will be offered on 12/8, 12/15 and 12/22 with a different craft each evening.
