
Learn how to meditate from meditation expert Abby Frechette at Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens. No yoga mat nor meditation experience needed. We will be seated comfortably in chairs. Dress prepared for indoor or outdoor seating- all depending on weather. Worksheets will be provided for reflection and sharing.
You will learn everything you need to meditate, become mindful, and regulate the nervous system. Experience a blissful guided meditation as we become at home in the present moment.
Meditation can help people from many walks of life including athletes, desk workers, students, those dealing with chronic illness, chronic pain, major life transitions, mental health issues, and the average stressed out human. Let’s practice regulating our nervous system and relaxing into the love of the present moment together.
